At the forefront of technology, these De Dietrich pyrolysis built-in ovens offer this soft, regular and homogeneous cooking, below 100°C, used by Chefs. Access to this program is extremely simple. Just choose your dish: rosé or cooked lamb, roast veal, roast beef, small and large whole fish, yogurt... so that the built-in pyrolysis oven then automatically performs the desired cooking.
